Ardis sources and develops its products through a network of manufacturers. Ardis works closely with its manufacturers to create proprietary, clinical formulations. Ardis then creates the brands, packaging and positioning for our products.
Once the preliminary product has been decided upon, the Ardis Marketing team works on building out the brand's web presence. This will include news and information on the health or beauty condition the product will assist with, plus blogs, forums, videos, testimonials, product information and a product brand website.
Ardis creates the look, feel and content for the product's web presence. Then the website is given to our IT team to program, host and integrate the website into our proprietary Ardis CRM system.
This technology platform allows Ardis to process customers' orders in real-time; interact with the credit card processor; communicate with the respective fulfillment centers; provide media campaign tracking, analytics, optimization and reporting; and access customer orders, allowing the customer service team to provide its excellent customer support.
