Quantitative Marketing Manager :
Ardis Health, a leading digital health & wellness company, seeks a smart and experienced marketing professional with strong analysis, reporting, and analytical skills. This position will be essential to our multi-million dollar media buying efforts, and will provide strong leadership and guidance as we make difficult advertising and marketing decisions in a competitive landscape.
Media experience and familiarity with advertising models (CPA, CPC, CPM, and the equivalents) are a plus, but this role will be most rooted in analysis. Don't bother applying unless you are a whiz at Microsoft Excel and are confident making strong arguments supported by provable data analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
- College degree in related field (marketing, mathematics, statistics, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years in a quantitative or marketing position

Internet Marketing Manager:
The Marketing Manager's role is to organize and execute a variety of assigned projects and responsibilities as efficiently as possible.
The position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. The Marketing Manager must be able to juggle overlapping projects and prioritize them effectively in order to execute projects successfully, and with minimal supervision. Experience in fast-paced, growing company environment is a major plus. Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site position. The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Set marketing strategy action items and creative production schedule.
- Lead Creative team in development of ads and microsites for products and content for advertising needs.
- Manage daily social media initiatives, i.e. blogs, video, twitter and podcasts.
- Manage and track all creative production, execution and performance analytics.
- Liaison with media, IT and creative teams.
- Manage weekly status reports.
- Create and manage the processes and procedures necessary to support the efficient delivery of a product to the market.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of marketing consumer products online
