seeking a Director of Marketing.
The position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with
excellent organizational skills and a go-getter personality. The
Director of Marketing must be able to juggle multiple assignments
and prioritize them effectively in order to execute with success.
Experience in a fast-paced, growing Internet Company a major plus.
This is a full-time position in the companys New York City office.
The Director of Marketing will report to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the company's product marketing initiatives in the US and throughout Europe
- Create daily, weekly and monthly P&L reports for products online marketing campaigns to determine profitability and cash flow
- Coordinate all aspects of the products online marketing
campaigns including: website design, ad creatives, media buying,
campaign reporting & optimization with internal team and
external resources
- Handle internal email campaigns to buyers & leads for customer retention and acquisition
- Manage relationships with online media partners to buy media on a CPA, CPM, CPC basis to meet strict ROI targets & CPA goals
- Prioritize workflow to bring new products to market with manufacturer, packaging, fulfillment, CRM, designers, legal, finance and media
- Led relationship with third party CRM company that handles all of the company's e-commerce, transactions and file exports to multiple fulfillment centers
- Oversee third party phone room support and internal customer service manager
- Interact with executives located outside the NYC office in the UK, Europe, California and Latin America
Qualifications & Required Skills
- 4-year college degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the digital media, Internet & e-commerce industry
- Type-A personality, go-getter, self starter -- must have a take charge personality
- Personable, friendly and easy to get along with staff
- Sense of humor and be able to do job with a smile
- Leader and motivator
- Fast learner and ability to take on multiple projects and set priorities
- Must be a numbers person with excellent math skills
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Must be excellent with excel: macros, pivot tables and vlookups

seeking an Internet Media Manager.
The position requires a Type-A, go-getter that's a hands-on,
detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and math
skills. The Internet Media Manager must have 2-3 years of experience
with internet media planning, buying, optimization and reporting for
online CPA, CPM and CPC media campaigns. Experience in fast-paced,
growing company environment is a major plus. This is a full-time,
on-site position in our New York City office.
Responsibilities
- Work with creative team to develop product landing pages, microsites and ad creative's needed for online media campaigns.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly campaign reports, analysis and campaign optimization to achieve the needed eCPAs and profitability
- Learn third party CRM system used for campaign set up, tracking, fulfillment and customer service
- Set up and traffic online media campaigns with unique tracking codes, pixels, test orders & reporting
- Rolodex of CPA affiliates and sub-affiliates to negotiate campaigns and execute Insertion Orders
- Proven track record of running successful and profitable multi-million dollar online media campaigns
- Manage active media campaigns in terms of integrity, tracking, profitability
- In-charge of weekly invoicing and billings for media campaigns
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree from 4-year college
- Strong math, analytical and organization skills

Ardis Health, a leading digital health & wellness company, seeks a smart and experienced marketing professional with strong analysis, reporting, and analytical skills. This position will be essential to our multi-million dollar media buying efforts, and will provide strong leadership and guidance as we make difficult advertising and marketing decisions in a competitive landscape.
Media experience and familiarity with advertising models (CPA, CPC, CPM, and the equivalents) are a plus, but this role will be most rooted in analysis. Don't bother applying unless you are a whiz at Microsoft Excel and are confident making strong arguments supported by provable data analysis.
